We are seeking motivated and professional **Residential Sales Consultants** to guide clients through Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities and deliver a seamless home‑buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with residential property inquiries, viewings, and community tours
- Promote ready and off‑plan residential properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Provide accurate guidance on pricing, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Conduct tailored presentations and lifestyle‑focused consultations
- Negotiate offers and close residential transactions with professionalism
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong product knowledge and customer‑focused service
Requirements
- Experience in residential real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s residential communities is a plus
