Resident Care Attendant

We are currently seeking an empathetic Resident Care Attendant who is dedicated to the well-being of our residents. The Resident Care Attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety, and general needs of residents by providing hygiene and comfort care.

Schedule: Permanent, part-time position, day and evening shifts, weekends Schedule: Permanent, part-time position, night shifts, one weekend out of two.

Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics

Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around

While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations

Proactively assist and support the residents

Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies

In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
