Leasing Agent

We are currently looking for a leasing agent for our building located in Saint-Bruno. Do you want to join a team passionate about real estate and people? Look no further! Full-time day shift position.

Follow up with clients

Provide a high level of customer service

Greet visitors

Rent out vacant apartments in the building

Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms

Make appointments

Update different administrative forms and documents

Maintain the different registers

Manage customer inquiries

Produce required reports

Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties

Enjoy contact with people

Customer service approach

Proven ability to sell

Communication skills developed
