Residence Lounge Assistant Manager

Role overview

Guest and resident service

• Build guest relationships and share preferences and habits with the Residences Butler Team.
• Resolve complaints, follow up promptly, and record communications in the daily log.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and coordinate amenities for arrivals, departures, and special occasions.

Team and operations

• Train, develop, guide, and motivate the Residences Lounge team; conduct evaluations, coaching, and corrective action.
• Schedule staff according to the staffing guide and reconcile payroll.
• Oversee lounge operations, coordinate activities, and create or amend standard operating procedures.
• Promote health and safety policies and ensure knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Assist the Residences Manager when absent and occasionally coordinate the Residences Butlers team.

Events and communication

• Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly resident events and activities, considering satisfaction and cost control.
• Maintain and share an events calendar with residents and the Residences team.
• Communicate with other departments and represent the lounge at department meetings.
