Hilton is hiring a Reservations Supervisor for its hotel team.
The role oversees daily reservations operations and supports memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate handling of individual and group reservations to support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue goals.
- Guide the team through daily direction, training, coaching, and quality checks.
- Manage group room blocks, cutoff dates, and room inventory in line with contracts and occupancy targets.
- Build and assign blocks, assist with rooming lists and billing, and verify checklist and resume accuracy.
- Support daily and weekly reports such as Group Pickup, No-Show, Booking Channel Summary, and Special Rate Plan Activity.
- Maintain accurate group masters, rooming lists, and special rate plans in reservation systems.
- Process reservation inquiries and updates, serving guests and team members.
