Role overview
Lead hotel reservations operations and deliver guest experiences through effective management of reservations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee room inventory, availability, group blocks, rooming lists, cutoff dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and reservation systems.
- Adjust rates, occupancy strategies, and promotions to optimize room sales and meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate group bookings, corporate rates, and special events with Sales and Events.
- Manage third-party booking sites and agents, negotiate rates, and support conversion through effective reservation procedures.
- Prepare and review occupancy, revenue, and forecast reports for planning and decision-making.
- Supervise, support, and coach team members; monitor performance and promote a productive work environment.
