As a Reservations Agent, you will spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
You will handle booking inquiries and ensure a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
- Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Maintain attention to detail by recording and processing all reservations with accuracy.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and helping identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
