MajeStay Travel and Tourism is seeking an experienced **Reservation & Contracting Manager** to oversee reservation operations, manage supplier relationships, negotiate competitive contracts, and support the growth of our travel products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservation operations, ensuring accurate and timely booking processing.
- Negotiate and maintain contracts with hotels, DMCs, transfer providers, and other travel suppliers.
- Monitor rates, allotments, stop sales, and special offers.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Resolve booking issues, cancellations, and customer escalations.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to maximize profitability.
- Prepare reports on bookings, revenue, and contracting activities.
- Supervise and support reservation team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel reservations and contracting.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience working with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, or DMCs.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE travel and tourism market is preferred.
- **ARABIC Speaker**
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
