The Reservations Agent supports hotel reservations operations and contributes to guest experiences.
The role converts booking enquiries into confirmed bookings to maximize revenue and profitability.
The agent develops relationships with new and repeat guests and internal Commercial and Front Office teams.
Daily responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming hospitality and collaborate across Reservations, Groups, and other departments.
- Build relationships with VIPs, loyalty members, corporate clients, and internal teams.
- Use OnQ PM, Delphi FDC, and The Lobby, and maintain knowledge of hotel offerings and the local area.
- Process reservations accurately, maintain data integrity, and provide occasional front office support.
- Proactively sell to maximize room revenue, respond to guest feedback, and support continuous service improvement.
Minimum qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in hotel systems such as OnQ and Delphi, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior hospitality experience and English fluency for translation tasks are advantageous, not mandatory.
