- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using booking/reservation systems.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic, with good command of English.
