Required Qualifications

  • Direct experience developing gummies and/or VMS products is strongly preferred
  • Experience in formulation development for OTC, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutritional, or consumer health products
  • Strong hands-on laboratory skills and experience with product prototyping
  • Experience supporting new product development from idea to execution
  • Comfort managing several projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Understanding of cGMP requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related science field with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • PhD in a related field with 1+ year of industry or academic research experience in drug product development
  • This posting will be available for application until at least July 9, 2026.
  • Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 93600- 140400. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
