WHO YOU ARE

  • Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Understanding of Search, Social, and Programmatic media
  • Proven ability to develop operational plans to support enterprise and brand level strategy development;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple effective manner
  • Strong knowledge of digital strategy development, digital strategies, channels and measurement / analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare marketing preferred
  • Agency/ Marketing / IT background preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years in Marketing activation (Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising) preferably in consumer packaged goods;
  • This posting will be available for application until at least November 6, 2026.
  • Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $118,700-178,100. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
