Responsibilities

• Participate in private-sector-focused business development, prospecting, and preparation of sales materials and proposals.
• Select appropriate research methodologies and data-analysis approaches for clients.
• Develop financial and technical proposals for market research studies.
• Lead project teams and prepare and present client-ready deliverables.
• Own a project workstream or lead the full project depending on engagement size.
• Manage project plans, activities, resources, budgets, deadlines, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure executed contracts are in place before commissioning; coordinate timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Obtain client release or completion letters and applicable performance-bond releases.
• Develop conclusions and actionable recommendations from interviews, data gathering, and analysis.
• Structure project frameworks and define methodologies for addressing business challenges.
• Participate in client meetings, manage client relationships, and interact with external clients and suppliers.
• Lead quality and timely delivery and design solutions for identified business problems.

Qualifications and experience

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree.
• Requires 7 to 10 years of prior experience working as a Research Manager.
• Requires a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• The title specifies UAE experience.
