Requirements
- Solid engineering implementation skills OR profound theoretical foundations (candidates must excel in at least one of the two, with promising potential in the other).
- In-depth theoretical understanding or hands-on practical experience in related fields including Agents, LLM reasoning and reinforcement learning.
- Commitment to sufficient working hours: full-time researchers work five days per week; interns are required to work 2–3 days per week for a minimum duration of six months.
- Preferred Qualifications
- First-author publications at top-tier conferences or journals including ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP and so on.
- High-citation research papers or influential open-source Agent projects.
- Outstanding rankings in relevant competitions such as Kaggle and ARC-AGI.
