Position summary
Supports the R&D Department in coordinating project development phases from project inception through commercial production.
Duties and responsibilities
- Track projects from new product brief receipt through commercial production.
- Provide customers with status updates and timely information about new product briefs and proactive development projects.
- Prepare submission paperwork and sample labels, and coordinate shipping for customer submissions.
- Follow up with certification bodies on project status and certificates of conformity.
- Follow up with project handlers and the quality department on assignments from the R&D manager.
- Raise purchase requisitions and track payment processing with certification bodies.
- Maintain R&D inventory and store records, the technical document library, and records of controlled-document releases.
- Coordinate interdepartmental follow-up.
- Arrange gate passes, travel, pickups, and hotel bookings for HR and R&D guests.
- Assist the R&D manager and team with administrative tasks and other assigned duties.

- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Able to support an organized and timely flow of R&D project development phases from inception through commercial production.
- Able to communicate project status and key information to customers in a timely manner.
- Able to coordinate paperwork, product samples, shipping, certification follow-up, records, and administrative tasks.
