Responsibilities
- Promote elevator installation services for residential and commercial projects.
- Present maintenance and modernization solutions to property owners, contractors, and businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants, construction firms, real estate developers, and facility management companies.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess needs and identify opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and precision.
- Expand the company’s regional network and contribute to sustained business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Background in elevators, construction, engineering, MEP, maintenance, or real estate is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks independently.
- Willingness to travel within Mecca and Jeddah regions for client engagements.
