Required Project Coordinator cum Planner
About This Role
Coordinating between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments
Preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules and work programs
Tracking project progress and generating regular progress reports
Assisting in project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation
Ensuring timely submission and tracking of drawings, reports, and documentation
Maintaining project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and correspondences
Supporting project managers in day-to-day coordination and execution activities
Liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
Identifying potential delays/risks and proposing mitigation strategies
Monitoring milestones and ensuring adherence to project deadlines
Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good understanding of construction / fit-out processes
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Attention to detail and documentation control
