About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports
* Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions
* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
* Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
