Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial sectors.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Promote and market Security and ELV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Integrated Security Solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the security industry.
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide effective after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Security Systems or ELV industry.
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling, and other ELV solutions will be an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
