Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial sectors.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Promote and market Security and ELV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Integrated Security Solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with technical teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the security industry.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and provide effective after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Security Systems or ELV industry.
  • Proven experience in business development and B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling, and other ELV solutions will be an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
