About This Role
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in GCC jurisdictions
- Manage cost accounting, job costing, and project profitability analysis for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to monitor project spend and financial performance
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes
- Support audit processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
Requirements
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus
Experience in Construction industries in GCC is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles within the construction industry
- Proven experience working in GCC countries with in-depth knowledge of local tax, labor, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
