Lead training initiatives and ensure quality standards across all business units.
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of training programs across all business units.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure all training content meets quality, compliance, and accessibility standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes.
- Mentor and guide training team members to enhance team capability and consistency.
- Stay current with industry trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging learning technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading training programs within a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve training outcomes.
- Experience with compliance training and quality assurance processes.
