About This Role
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in GCC jurisdictions
- Monitor project costs, variances, and profitability across construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to maintain financial controls
- Conduct audits and internal reviews to uphold accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data
Requirements
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus
Experience in Construction industries in GCC is a must.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred
- Proven experience in financial roles within the construction industry in the GCC region
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations in GCC countries
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous
