This is a full-time experienced hire position.
The GDO Wealth IT team provides automation and IT support to FIS Wealth and Retirement outsourcing clients.
The role is a techno-functional consultant position focused on reconciliations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Gather and analyze project requirements with business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Build Intellimatch modules for new reconciliation development and enhancements to existing reconciliations.
- Conduct system integration testing and unit testing.
- Participate in stand-up meetings and work with business teams on projects and enhancements.
- Maintain timely communication with business and IT teams.
- Resolve technical issues and support functional user queries.
- Participate in production implementations and post-implementation support.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience with FIS Data Integrity Manager, formerly Intellimatch.
- Good understanding of SQL DML and DDL commands.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience with issue triage, investigation, and coordination to closure.
- Experience in user support and problem solving.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education Desired
- Bachelor of Computer Science is desired.
