Reports Analyst

Opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Run scheduled and ad hoc reports for business management and senior staff; respond to detailed information requests with business and operational reports.
• Research requests, download data, and prepare exhibits, summaries, presentations, and reports for review.
• Manipulate data in spreadsheet or database applications using knowledge of operations, reporting formats, and analysis objectives.
• Maintain databases, ensure data integrity, and remain current on relevant business functions and technology tools.

Required qualifications

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Three to four years of related reporting and data-analysis work experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use AI to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of daily work.

Preferred qualifications

• A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience with dental, disability, or life insurance products is preferred.

Compensation

• The stated expected salary range is $41,600–$72,300; annual short-term incentive compensation may also be available, subject to plan terms.
