The opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Run scheduled and ad hoc reports for business management or senior staff.
• Prepare business and operational reports in response to detailed information requests.
• Research requests and download data to prepare exhibits, summaries, presentations, and reports for review.
• Manipulate data using spreadsheet or database applications, informed by operational knowledge, reporting formats, and analysis objectives.
• Maintain databases, ensure data integrity, and stay current on business functions and technology tools.

Required qualifications

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite skills.
• 3–4 years of related reporting and data analysis experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across day-to-day tasks.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with dental, disability, or life insurance products.

Compensation

• The stated expected salary range is $41,600–$72,300; the description does not specify a pay period.
