Rental Coordinator

Position overview

Role responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in-person interactions with a professional attitude.
• Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns; prepare paperwork and contracts.
• Update product spreadsheets and tracking systems.
• Help load and unload customer pickups and keep product shelves stocked.
• Check invoices, verify pricing, and balance funds at the end of the day.
• Open and close the branch when needed.
• Monitor rental equipment and saleable goods to maintain product availability.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices.

Candidate qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Systematics experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and building products; technical understanding of CAT equipment is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-starter with time-management and planning skills.
