Renovation Specialist

Serves as a role model for Redeemer Health to patients, residents, families, co-workers and visitors and acts in a respectful, supportive and empathetic manner

A high school diploma or the equivalent plus completion of a maintenance vocational/technical school or a recognized apprenticeship program in general mechanical maintenance. Significant mechanical maintenance experience beyond requirements including competency in one of the mechanical trades may be substituted for the required vocational/technical school or apprenticeship.

Minimum seven (7) years of experience in one of the mechanical trades; nine (9) or more years of experience is preferred.

Proven skills using electrical test equipment, and small hand and power tools, mechanical equipment and materials applicable to the mechanical trades

Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

Computer literacy.
