Manage renewals for existing property leases and contracts, maintaining positive client relationships and supporting a smooth renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for clients seeking lease or contract renewals.
- Coordinate documentation, negotiations, and agreement finalization.
- Build client relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized assistance.
- Manage renewal records and ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies and legal requirements.
- Negotiate renewal terms with clients and internal stakeholders, communicate options, and resolve concerns.
- Proactively contact clients before lease expiration and address potential obstacles to timely renewal.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or related field is preferred.
- Proven customer-service experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
