Role Description

The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role remotely, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key clients for Monfi Digital Bank.

This role involves building long-term client relationships, understanding customer financial needs, and recommending appropriate digital banking products and services.

The Senior Relationship Manager will conduct regular client meetings, respond promptly to inquiries, and proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams on account setup and service delivery, monitoring account performance and risk, and preparing reports and presentations for clients and management.

The role also includes staying current with industry trends, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and contributing feedback to enhance Monfi’s digital offerings and customer journeys.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in relationship management, client success, or corporate banking, ideally within a digital or technology-driven financial institution.
  • Strong skills in customer engagement, consultative selling, and portfolio growth, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of banking products, digital channels, and financial regulations relevant to the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools to track client performance, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under time constraints.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Russian; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical banking practices.
