As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our finance team to support increasing transaction volumes and financial operations.
Role Overview
The Paralegal provides legal and operational support to the Company and its Legal Department
and plays a key role in the execution of legal, compliance, and administrative tasks across
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Oman
.
The position supports both internal departments and external
stakeholders and assists in the delivery of core legal services and additional paid legal services.
Contract Drafting & Legal Support
- Draft, review, amend, and manage legal documentation, including service agreements,
- freelance agreements, NDAs/NCNDAs, commission agreements, settlement letters,
- MOUs, viewing agreements, and partnership agreements
- Ensure all documentation aligns with approved templates and legal standards
- Development, organisation, and systemisation of legal templates and archives,
- supporting day-to-day legal and operational activities
- on employment, freelance, and confidentiality
Operational & Departmental Support

- Providing legal and procedural consultation to agents on ongoing deals
Developer & External Correspondence
- Assist in direct correspondence with developers, partners, and third parties regarding
- contracts, commissions, and legal requirements
- Prepare and track legal communications and supporting documentation
Compliance & Risk Support
- Supporting adherence to applicable real estate and commercial regulations in Dubai,
Abu Dhabi, and Oman
- Escalate legal or operational risks to the Legal Director
Disputes
- Assist in handling commission disputes, debt recovery matters, and tenancy-related
- issues

Legal Operations
- Maintain legal trackers, contract databases, and version control systems
- Coordinate deadlines, follow-ups, and internal approvals

- Design and implementation of internal business procedures and tracking systems across
department
