Remote Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Assistant

About This Role

Career Land Center is looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our growing international recruitment operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to build a career in recruitment across multiple industries in the U.S. and global markets.

You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and manage job postings across CRM systems and job boards
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Review resumes/CVs and match candidates to open positions
• Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in CRM
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Assist with international and U.S.-based recruitment processes
• Promote job openings on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies
• Track recruitment progress and report on placements

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• U.S. Recruitment Experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training can be provided)
• Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and social media
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
