Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments and skin rejuvenation procedures
• Conduct professional skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
• Operate aesthetic equipment, including HydraFacial, EMS, Cryolipolysis (Cryo), Endospheres, and other body contouring technologies
• Deliver body slimming, toning, and contouring treatments safely and effectively
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas meet the highest hygiene and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and developments in aesthetic and wellness treatments

Requirements

• Certified Aesthetic Therapist, Beauty Therapist, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in aesthetic, facial, and body contouring treatments
• Strong practical experience operating aesthetic and slimming machines
• Knowledge of skin types, skin concerns, and treatment protocols
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Ability to recommend treatments and retail products confidently
• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
• GCC experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage
