About the agency

US-based recruitment agency placing beauty, wellness, and hospitality professionals with employers across the Middle East since 2013.

The team works fully remotely and has active vacancies, established clients, a candidate database, and a defined process.

The role

Recruiter screens, qualifies, and prepares candidates for GCC beauty and hospitality vacancies and owns positions until closure.

Approximately 80% of time is spent working with candidates in the CRM and 20% headhunting for harder-to-fill roles.

Recruiting areas include beauty and wellness roles and hotel and restaurant staff.

What you’ll do

  • Search and update CRM candidates; re-engage suitable candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, WhatsApp and Telegram groups, and personal networks.
  • Assess candidate experience, English level, relocation interest, portfolios, and work samples.
  • Collect candidate photos, CVs, introduction videos, salary expectations, and minimum acceptable salaries; conduct video calls when needed.
  • Explain relocation processes and contract terms; support candidates through interviews, offers, and visa processing.
  • Coordinate candidate status and feedback with hiring managers; send daily activity reports and join a weekly team check-in.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience placing candidates with Middle East employers, specifically in beauty, spa, or hospitality.
  • Understanding of GCC hiring, visa and sponsorship basics, nationality restrictions, salary packages, and employer expectations.
  • Comfort using a CRM and learning new systems; sourcing experience in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, North Africa, South Africa, or Southeast Asia.
  • Strong written and spoken English or other languages is a plus.
  • Own laptop, stable internet connection, and an active WhatsApp account.

Schedule

  • Flexible hours; organize the workday independently while remaining reachable and responsive to the hiring manager.
  • Hours are not tracked; results and closed positions are the focus.

Compensation and status

  • Commission-only compensation, with a fixed commission for each successful placement.
  • Commission is paid when the agency receives the employer placement fee; earnings are uncapped.
  • The role is under independent contractor status, with support from the hiring manager.

Trial period

The first two weeks are a trial period; the recruiter is expected to submit at least one fully qualified candidate who meets employer requirements.
