Spa Therapist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Perform Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and aromatherapy massage according to qualifications.
• Provide body treatments, scrubs, wraps, and other spa services.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Provide attentive customer service and a comfortable, relaxing client experience.
• Explain treatment procedures and provide aftercare advice.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hygienic treatment room and follow health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Track treatment products and supplies and report shortages to management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a professional spa, wellness center, or hotel.
• Relevant massage therapy or spa treatment qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, client-focused approach; friendly and patient with an international clientele.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Facial treatment and skincare experience is an advantage.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
