Overview
- Provide remote IT support for business clients
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in AutoTask
- Support Microsoft 365 users (email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage Azure users, permissions, and basic cloud services
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and servers
- Configure and support networking devices (Cisco / Meraki)
- Support firewall environments including Fortinet
- Manage user accounts, security policies, and access permissions
- Monitor systems and resolve technical issues remotely
- Assist with backup monitoring and general IT maintenance
