You’re competitive, good on the phone, and motivated by seeing your effort turn into results. At The Ritz Agency , you’ll work in an Allstate agency where high performance matters, but so does helping the person next to you succeed.
As a Remote Insurance Sales Rep , your day will center on working hot leads provided by the agency, making outbound calls, quoting auto, home, and personal lines insurance, and building relationships with new and existing prospects. You’ll follow a proven sales process, explain the value of coverage beyond the lowest price, stay on top of follow-up, and ask for the sale with confidence.
Our agency has earned 3-time National Summit Agency and 3-time Honor Ring Agency recognition, and the team is part of an Elite Allstate Agency. You’ll also have direct access to leadership, regular coaching, modern technology and AI tools, and most of the leads you need to build your book.
First-year expected earnings range from $65,000 to $85,000 , with top performers earning $100,000+ . You’ll also have 401(k) matching, health and life insurance, PTO, gym reimbursement, licensing assistance, and a Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) schedule with evenings and weekends off.

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Coachable, positive, and self-motivated mindset.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls daily.
- Competitive drive and desire to improve.
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
- Able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Follow the agency’s sales guide for hot leads.
- Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and referrals.
- Quote auto, home, and personal lines insurance.
- Explain coverage value beyond the cheapest price.
- Follow up with unsold quotes and active prospects.
- Close new business and ask for referrals.
