Remote Data Operations Specialist supporting insurance data preparation, validation, and campaign operations.
Compensation
- Compensation is $25-$27 per hour.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
- Ability to manage and clean large, multi-source datasets with high accuracy.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Index Match experience in Excel is preferred.
- Understanding of mail merge in Microsoft Word is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns.
- Work with insurance companies to obtain policy data and ensure its accuracy.
- Analyze current processes to identify waste while maintaining data quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet data needs.
- Create and provide data specifications to internal and external customers.
