Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and account-related questions through available support channels.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues according to procedures, and escalate complex cases.
- Maintain customer interaction records and monitor follow-ups and pending requests.
- Identify customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Maintain professional, empathetic communication and meet service performance standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication, active listening, customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Remain calm under pressure, learn new systems quickly, and use online communication tools.
- Strong organizational skills and a reliable home working setup.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous customer care, customer service, or support experience is preferred.
