Role Overview
ESAT is seeking a temporary Office Boy for the period from September 21 to December 7, 2026.
The work location is Musaffah-24, Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the role is performed in person.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Keep office areas, the pantry, meeting rooms, and reception clean and organized.
- Maintain pantry supplies and report shortages of cleaning or office materials.
- Clean furniture, workstations, and common areas.
- Set up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Deliver documents and packages and distribute mail and courier correspondence.
- Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging supplies or equipment.
- Support administrative staff with assigned office tasks.
- Manage office doors, lights, and air conditioning according to company procedures.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene policies and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Basic knowledge of office cleaning and hospitality services.
- Previous experience as an office boy, cleaner, or office assistant is advantageous.
- Physically fit for cleaning and lifting tasks.
- Familiarity with UAE workplace etiquette and safety standards.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 2,300 per month.
Workplace
- The role is based in person at Musaffah-24, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
