Performance-Driven Software Sales Consultant (Abu Dhabi)

Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and research target industries and companies.
• Use CRM systems and outreach platforms to build sales pipelines.
• Contact prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and meetings; build client relationships and understand customer needs.
• Explain software features and benefits, conduct product demonstrations online or in person, and tailor presentations to client needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, handle objections, follow up, close deals, and achieve monthly or quarterly targets.
• Manage existing client accounts, upsell or cross-sell features and services, and support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings and pricing; share feedback with product and marketing teams.
• Record sales activities in ESAT ERP and CRM tools; track leads, conversions, and revenue; prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• One to five or more years of sales experience; software, IT, or SaaS experience is preferred.
• B2B sales-cycle experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, or APIs.
• Familiarity with CRM, negotiation and persuasion, lead handling and closing, objection handling, sales data interpretation, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho; Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; and video conferencing tools.
• Valid UAE driving license is required; having an own car is highly preferred.
