Reliability Manager

What you will do

• Organize and lead predictive maintenance programs such as:
• o Vibration analysis
• o Oil analysis
• o Thermography
• o Acoustical analysis
• o Life cycle analysis
• o Data Collection (mean time between failure)
• Data analytics including
• o Equipment baseline assessment
• o Rebuild frequency and forecasting
• o Guide the development of asset care strategy (Die/pan care programs)
• Documentation (manuals, BOM's, drawings, training)
• Process improvement through
• o Root cause problem solving
• o FMEA's
• o Criticality assessments
• o Targeted fixes (Adjusting PM's, Training, upgrading equipment)
• Who you will work with...
• Collaborate with cross function teams including R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations and quality
• Manage the Planners and PIIT crew
• What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
• 10 years + in a manufacturing maintenance organization OR a Bachelors Degree or related Engineering discipline AND 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
• Bachelors Degree
• 10+ years of reliability, engineering or maintenance experience in a Food manufacturing environment
• Compensation and Benefits:
• The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
• $92,400-$127,100
• Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
