Relationship Officer responsibilities
- Maintain client accounts, respond to inquiries, coordinate service requests, and provide timely, accurate support.
- Gather customer information, explain products or services, monitor account activity, resolve routine issues, and coordinate client requirements with departments.
- Maintain client records, follow procedures, and identify opportunities to improve service quality and engagement.
Relationship Executive responsibilities
- Develop client relationships and support customer retention and business development.
- Contact existing and prospective clients, arrange meetings, present products or services, and follow up on requests.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships and coordinate solutions with sales, operations, customer service, and other teams.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of CRM, client servicing, account coordination, and professional communication.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, teamwork, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, customer databases, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, handle routine concerns, escalate complex issues, and maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Proactive, service-oriented approach with commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
