About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Business Development Executive** to drive real estate sales and strategic growth in the UAE market.
The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions while representing the company professionally in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads and business opportunities within the UAE real estate market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners
- Promote residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site visits
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals successfully
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and admin) to ensure smooth transactions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and real estate expos as required
& Experience
- **Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE**
- **Fluent in Arabic (spoken required; written preferred)**
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- **Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)**
- Strong understanding of UAE property market, communities, and buyer segments
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
