About This Role
Relationship Manager – Wealth Management (HNW Clients)
My client are a wealth management firm based in DIFC, dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions to high net-worth and professional clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Relationship Manager to join the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high net-worth (UHNW) clients
- Develop strong, long-term relationships based on trust and performance
- Provide tailored wealth management and investment solutions aligned to client risk appetite and financial goals
- Actively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic financial strategies
- Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in wealth management or private banking, specifically managing HNW/UHNW clients
- Previously managed book of business 80million & above
- Has worked with retail banks
- Solid understanding of investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management
- Track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills
- Knowledge of the UAE/GCC financial market and regulatory environment is highly desirable
