Relationship Manager
About This Role
Introduction
Kesbridge Capital is located within the Dubai International Financial Centre office, offering wealth management services to wealthy families and their associated companies. We are entrusted to oversee, enhance and secure their financial interests.
Kesbridge Capital provides a truly global wealth management service for high net worth individuals and their families. We operate as a trusted partner and work with our clients to understand their goals enabling us to produce clearly defined objectives which form the foundation of our business in order to maintain and enhance wealth from one generation to the next.
Role
We are looking to hire a Relationship Manager to join our growing team in the DIFC. The individual will be provided with an attractive package (Salary + % Revenue Split).
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide a full range of wealth management solutions to wealthy individuals and families.
- Managing client expectations while providing suitable tailor-made solutions in line with their
respective risk appetite, investment time horizon and investment objectives.
- Ensuring advice is suitable and appropriate.
- Identifying new business opportunities to increase assets under management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients who frequently seek strategic financial advice.
- Travel as necessary to meet clients and prospect new business.
- Adhere to compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure strong controls and effective operational administrative services.
Qualifications / Experience
- 8+ Years of relevant private banking experience
- Self built, transferrable AuM of $50m+
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA, CFA Preferred)
- Entrepreneurial
- Have strong relationship skills with experience of managing and handling the sophisticated
needs of individuals and families
- Team player
- Excellent understanding of investment products and private banking solutions
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English
