Relationship Manager
About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our fintech team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to build and strengthen existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to current clients to increase their engagement and satisfaction
• Develop and execute client retention strategies to maximize lifetime value
• Maintain consistent, professional communication across all client touchpoints
• Conduct regular account reviews and business consultations with clients
• Prepare detailed client reports and performance summaries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
• Monitor industry trends and provide clients with relevant business insights
• Manage client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Ensure high client satisfaction scores and retention rates
Requirements:
• Saudi National
• Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred)
• Strong financial knowledge and understanding of business principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
• Professional, proactive, and client-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
