Relationship Manager - Real Estate Developer

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, investors, and clients.
- Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties; generate leads, present projects, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the broker network.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support bookings and transactions; maintain client records and sales reports in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of real estate experience; experience with a property developer in Dubai is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and off-plan projects.
- Proven sales track record and established broker network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
