Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in Dubai building construction is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and resources to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues and obtain approvals.
- Monitor progress, material requirements, and costs; prepare reports and ensure timely completion and handover.
Compensation
- AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
