**Location:** Al Barsha, Dubai

We are seeking a professional, client-oriented, and strategically minded **Relationship Manager** to support and strengthen our client relationships within the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients within the real estate portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
  • Understand client needs and develop strategic solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and administration, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare client reports, proposals, follow-up updates, and documentation as needed.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage client issues, escalations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities for account growth and value addition.
  • Support day-to-day account activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role—preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to understand client objectives and align solutions effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
  • Prior experience working in Dubai’s real estate market is a strong advantage.
