About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Institutional Relationship Manager to lead and grow relationships across institutional investors, family offices, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
The role plays a key part in capital raising, investor engagement, and expanding the group’s institutional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, financial institutions, strategic partners, and market counterparties
- Serve as a primary relationship point across the group ecosystem
Investor & Capital Engagement
- Support capital-raising initiatives and investor engagement activities
- Coordinate investor meetings, communications, and follow-ups
- Assist with investor onboarding and ongoing relationship management
Business Development & Network Expansion
- Identify and develop new institutional and strategic relationships
- Support expansion of the group’s market presence
- Maintain an active pipeline of institutional and strategic opportunities
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with the CEO, Treasury/Capital Markets, and Investments team
- Ensure alignment between investors, transactions, and strategic initiatives
& Qualifications
- 5–10 years’ experience in Private banking, Wealth management, Institutional sales, Capital raising and Investment firms or financial services platforms
- Strong institutional network preferred
- Experience working with sophisticated investors and financial stakeholders
- Nationality : British, Europe, Canada, France, German, UK
